Programs For Volunteers
All of Bristol Fire Company’s (Station 51) training programs are provided at no cost to volunteers. Station 51’s training programs are done in small groups, which provides new members the ideal setting to learn, ask questions and obtain hands-on training. Additionally, volunteers training to become an emergency medical technician (EMT) will have the tuition waived and their time spent in courses reimbursed. Not interested in climbing a ladder or running into a burning building? Bristol Fire Company (Station 51) has volunteer programs suited for everyone’s interests and abilities. Many of Station 51’s members volunteer with the EMS Unit, fire police service and other administrative duties.
